Summertime Pineapple Banana Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Summertime is finally here and what better way to refresh after a fun day in the sun than with a healthy smoothie your whole family can enjoy!  This light and tropical tasting smoothie is incredible yummy and refreshing.  Add some vanilla plant-based protein for an added kick of energy or keep out for a lighter overall flavor.  Pineapple is so nutritious – improving overall oral and eye health and boosting immunity to name a few.  Strawberries meanwhile having anti-aging properties, help boost short term memory and help burn stored fat! 

 

  • 1 package of frozen pineapple
  • 1 package of frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 package of a vanilla plant-based protein (optional)
  • 1 cup of full fat vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 cup of ice

 

For an added bonus, pour your smoothie mixture into Popsicle molds like these and freeze for 3-4 hours and you have yourself healthy, tropical popsicles your whole family will love!  Lilladu Exchange Tip: Run the Popsicle under warm water for 15 seconds to help the Popsicle come out easily.
